Shirley (nee Dougherty) Flaker, 80 of Haledon, NJ on Thursday, March 30, 2017. Shirley was born in Glen Rock, NJ and has lived in Haledon most of her life. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Haledon Republican Club, Haledon P.T.A. and a member of the Haledon Volunteer Fire Department Company No. 1 Ladies Auxiliary. Beloved wife of the late Peter Flaker, Jr. Devoted mother of Robert Flaker and his wife Marijean , Timothy Flaker, Kathy Perrotta and her husband Anthony, Jeffrey Flaker and the late Scott Flaker. Loving grandmother of Kathy Ann Boniecki, Christina Vargas and her husband Moises, Lauren Perrotta and Brad, Jason, Andrew, Sierra and Meaghan Flaker. Cherished Great grandmother of Anthony, Evelyn and Skylar. Dear sister of the late Howard Dougherty. Funeral Service at DeLuccia -Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon on Monday at 10 AM. Interment, Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa, NJ. Visiting on Sunday from 1-5 PM.
