Robert Wallace

1910 census shows him age 2 living with parents Hugh and Emily and two siblings at 104 Zabriski St., Jersey City, NJ.

Burial site: Flower Hill Cemetery, Union City, NJ

Eleanor Francis Sweetman

Resided at 419 3rd St, Jersey City, NJ in 1940, per Robert's birth certificate.
Her grandson Andrew thinks her birthplace was Hackensack, NJ

The 1930 census lists her as a step-daughter of George Brower, Sr. However, I think this is an error.  Either she is a granddaughter (child of Frederich and Henrietta), or a step-granddaughter (child of Fredrich and an unknown first wife), since her name is Sweetman.  Andrew Wallace's family notes say she is the daughter of Frances Latimer, who must be Fredrich Sweetman's first wife.  It is possible Frances died in childbirth and then Fredrich remarried quickly (since Henrietta was married 22 years and Elinor was 21 in the 1930 cenus).

1930 Census
George W. Brower, 65, widower, head, age at marriage 23, living at 433 New York Ave, Jersey City, Hudson, NJ; born NY, parents born NY, letter carrier. Living with him were:
George Jr., son, 37, born NJ, parents born NY, auditor at a picture company, veteran of WWI, age at marriage 22.
Fredrich Sweetman, son-in-law, 46, married 26 years, born NY, parents born United States, occupation dept head of Maps.
Henrietta Sweetman, 42, daughter, married 22 years, born NJ, parents born NY, not working;
Elinor Sweetman, 21, single, step-daughter(? should it be step-granddaughter?), born NJ, parents born NY, clerical, insurance office;
Alva Sweetman, 16, single, granddaughter, born NJ, father born NJ, mother NY.
