Woodworth geneology says that this Hannah was the mother of John and Joseph Greenwood, not Lydia Bush

Elmer G. Bridgham says his birth was Nov. 22, 1723.
It is possible that the John Brigham born 11-22-1723 mentioned by
Edward Livingstone's notes was actually this Joseph.
It would have been more common to name the first son
after the father.Elmer says "he became a doctor and his children settled around
Providence. One of them, Samuel W. Bridgham was the first
mayor of Providence, 1831. There is a high school in Providence
called the Bridgham High School; and there is a Bridgham Street
there. Some of his descendents went to New York CIty and became
know as men of learning, wealth, and good deeds.I think there are only five members of that branch of the family
still living. They spend their summers on their large farms
in East Providence. Miss Ida and Miss Elisa are elderly.
Miss Florence and Mr. Samuel and Mr. Jesse are younger. I found
them very fine people. The geneology of this branch you
will find in a work entitled "NEW ENGLAND FAMILIES, GENEALOGICAL
& MEMORIAL, in four volumes. The Bridgham genealogy is in volume
page 604. This work can be found in most New England villages
and city libraries."
