June Grayson St. Charles June Grayson, 66, of St. Charles, Illinois, died Saturday, November 9, 1991 at Delnor-Community Hospital, Geneva. She was born June 1, 1925, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, the daughter of Gustav Theodore and Emilie (Kinne) Lind. She was a registered nurse and the full-time office manager for her husband's medical practice in St. Charles. She was an active member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, St. Charles, to which she often contributed her ability as organist and where she directed efforts to help those in need. Mrs. Grayson is survived by her husband of 42 years, Dr. Richard Roland Grayson; a son, Daniel Richard Grayson of Urbana, Illinois; three daughters: Kristin Emilie Grayson Hestilow of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Rebecca Janelle Grayson Jaxon of Champaign, Illinois, and Janelle Cecile Grayson Ream of Elburn, Illinois; eleven grandchildren: Paul and David Grayson, Richard, Amy, Mary and J. Robert Hestilow, Elizabeth, Noah and April Jaxon, and Joel and Jacqueline Ream; her parents: Theodore Lind of Boone, Iowa, and Emilie Lind of Iowa Falls, Iowa; and three sisters: Pauline Allen of Des Moines, Iowa, Karin Elliot of Chicago, Illinois, and Janice Case of Houston, Texas. Funeral services will be at 7 P.M., Tuesday, November 12, 1991, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church of St. Charles, with Rev. Roger Leenerts officiating and Rev. Reuben Baerwald assisting. Private burial will be Wednesday at Garfield Cemetery, Campton Township. Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M., Tuesday evening at St. Mark's Lutheran Church until the time of the service. A memorial fund in the name of June Grayson has been established at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in St. Charles.
